These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website arjunpankhaniya.in (the "Website") and to all mobile applications published by Arjun Pankhaniya ("Developer", "I", "we") on Google Play, including Kishan Funding and any other app that links to this page (each an "App"). By using the Website or an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Use of the Website and Apps

The Website is a portfolio of my work as a developer. The Apps provide the features described on their Google Play listings. You may use them only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

2. Informational use only

Disclaimer: Calculators, prices, reports and other information in the Apps are tentative estimates for informational purposes. Final loan approvals, limits, interest rates, charges and prices are subject to individual bank or business policies. My finance apps are not a bank, lender or financial advisor and do not sanction or process loans.

Please confirm figures with your bank or the relevant business before acting on them. I am not responsible for decisions taken solely on the basis of an App's output.

3. Accuracy of data

Some features use third-party public data (for example live APMC mandi prices) that may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Rules, rates and scale-of-finance values can change and may differ between banks and districts. I try to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

4. Apps built for clients

Some Apps are developed for client businesses. For such Apps, the client business is responsible for its products, services, prices, orders, delivery, refunds and customer support. My role is limited to developing the software.

5. Licence and acceptable use

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps. You agree not to:

copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or resell an App, except where the law allows;
use an App or the Website to mislead others, for example by presenting estimates as an official bank sanction;
send spam, malicious code or abusive messages through the Website's contact form;
interfere with the operation of the Apps or Website or try to gain unauthorised access; or
use them in violation of any applicable law.

6. Reports and user content

Reports are generated from the values you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for how you use or share the reports.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, the Apps, and their design, code, text, logos and branding belong to the Developer (or the respective client for client apps) unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and data (such as APMC or bank names) belong to their owners and are used for identification or information only. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website and Apps is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links and services

The Website and Apps may link to or rely on third-party sites and services. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Availability and updates

Apps are free unless stated otherwise. I may update, change, suspend or discontinue any feature, App or the Website at any time. Offline features work without internet, but online features need a working connection.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loan rejection or financial loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website or Apps, or from reliance on their content.

13. Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it. I may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

I may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
