Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the website arjunpankhaniya.in (the "Website") and to all mobile applications published by Arjun Pankhaniya ("Developer", "I", "we"), an individual developer based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, on Google Play, including Kishan Funding and any other app that links to this page (each an "App"). By using the Website or an App, you agree to this policy.

1. Summary

I collect only what each service needs. I do not sell your data and I do not show third-party ads. Kishan Funding uses Firebase for app stability and usage statistics. Shivay's Creation collects account, address and order details to run your orders; card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider, not by me. Details are below.

2. Information I do not collect

Apps do not access your contacts, microphone, camera or precise location unless a feature clearly needs it and the App asks your permission first.
I do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
I do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Kishan Funding

Kishan Funding needs no account or login. Values you enter in its calculators (such as land area, crop, loan amount, turnover, interest rate and tenure) and your language choice are processed and stored on your device only. They are not sent to me or to Firebase.

The App uses Google Firebase services to keep the App stable and to understand how it is used. Firebase may automatically collect technical information such as an app-installation identifier, device model, operating system and app version, approximate region derived from your IP address, crash reports and basic usage events (for example which screens are opened). This information is not linked to your name, phone number or email, because the App does not ask for them. It is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy information.

The live APMC mandi price feature requests public market data over the internet; like any internet request, this exposes technical data such as your IP address to that data source, but your calculator inputs are not sent. PDF reports are generated on your device and shared only when you choose to, through Android's share menu, to the app you select.

4. Shivay's Creation

Shivay's Creation is a shopping app developed by me for the business Shivay's Creation. To let you buy through the App, it collects and uses:

Account and login details: the details you use to sign up or log in (such as name, phone number and/or email address).
Delivery addresses: addresses and contact numbers you enter for delivery.
Orders: items ordered, order history, order status and related messages.
Payment information: payments are handled by a third-party payment provider on its own secure screen. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with the provider; the App and I do not see or store them. We receive only the result of the payment (such as status, amount and transaction ID).
Technical data: through Firebase, an installation identifier, device and app details, and crash and usage information.

Why it is used: to create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, take payments, send order updates, give support, prevent fraud and misuse, improve the App, and meet legal or tax obligations. It is not used for third-party advertising and is not sold.

Where it is stored and who sees it: account and order data is stored with Google Firebase cloud services, whose servers may be located outside India. Your name, delivery address, phone number and order details are shared with the business and any delivery partner only as needed to fulfil your order. The payment provider receives the details needed to process the payment. Shivay's Creation operates the shop and its customer data; I develop and maintain the App's technology.

5. Other apps

If another App of mine collects personal information to work, it will ask you inside the App and describe the data in its Google Play "Data safety" section. That data is used only to provide the App's features and is not sold. For apps built for a client business, the client is responsible for the business data (products, orders, customers) in that app.

6. The Website

Contact form: If you use the form, the name, email address and message you type are sent through the form service Formspree to my inbox so I can reply. I use them only to respond to you.
Hosting and fonts: The Website is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may automatically receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics: I do not run advertising or analytics cookies on the Website.
External links: Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, Google Play and other sites are governed by those sites' policies.

7. Permissions

Apps request only permissions needed for their features, such as internet access or, where your Android version requires it, access to save or share files. You can review or revoke permissions anytime in device settings.

8. Third-party services

The following services may process data and have their own privacy policies: Google Firebase (Kishan Funding and Shivay's Creation), the payment provider used in Shivay's Creation, Formspree (Website contact form), GitHub Pages (Website hosting), Google Fonts and the public data sources used by some Apps. Google Play and Android may also collect data under Google's policies (policies.google.com/privacy). If an App later adds another third-party service, this policy and the App's Data safety section will be updated before release.

9. Retention and deletion

Data kept on your device stays there until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. For Shivay's Creation, account data is kept while your account is active, and order and payment-record details may be kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You can ask to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing me from the address below (or the email linked to your account) with the subject "Delete my account". Records I must keep by law may be retained. Messages sent through the contact form or by email are kept only as long as needed to respond.

10. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with Firebase's access controls, and card or UPI details are never stored by the App. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

My Apps and Website are not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, email me and I will delete it.

12. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing me. I will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

13. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
